Report by djstonehigh:
the crowd reactions were very positive although alot of people had not clue about most of the new tracks , People looked at me really strange when i knew the lyrics to “Omen” it really is a great track to get everyone vocal but because it hasn’t been released it seemed like i was the only one in the crowd singing along.
I had to retreat from the front when Breathe kicked in because all the crazies came out and went nuts .
Smack my bitch up got the best vocal response from the crowd meaning liam would cut the beats and let the crowd sing the lyrics.
Out of all the new tracks i think the crowd reacted the best to Invaders Must Die (which was slightly different to the version we all know) and i really think its only coz its the only track people know of the new material ,
So really overall i think the crowd reaction would have been much better if the album was already out ,
Out of all gigs i have attended this was probably the best and i loved the oldskool. vibes with the set.
I think Run With The Wolves was an awesome rocky track that gives some diversity to their set and is definately an asset to the album
But personally my favourite track of their set and probably only coz i haven’t really heard a good quality version of it yet was “Take Me To The Hospital” which i also think it took the crowd by suprise , sounded very much like an Experience track thrown onto the Fat Of The Land
My only dissapointment was that the Prodigy were in the boiler room which i think affected the sound quality as when i saw them last they were on the mainstage and the sound had so much more quality and bass , however it was still a good show , and the new songs did not dissappoint the crowd one bit i just think they wish they already knew the songs.
